Motown Glowdown ("we," "us," "our") organizes blacklight sports tournaments in Morgantown, WV, including hockey, box lacrosse, and pickleball. This policy explains what information we collect when you register a team or interact with our website, how it's used, and who we share it with.

When you register a team or contact us, we (directly or through the third-party tools listed below) may collect:

Contact information — name, email address, and phone number of the registering coach or team manager.
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
Team & roster information — team name, division, and player names submitted through our registration form.
Proof of eligibility — documents submitted to verify a player's age, grade, or division eligibility.
Waiver & signature records — electronic liability waivers signed by each participant (or their parent/guardian) through our waiver provider.

A Note About Children's Information

Many of our tournaments involve youth participants. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Roster information, proof of eligibility, and waivers for minor participants are submitted by a parent, guardian, or team coach/manager on the player's behalf — not by the child themselves.

We retain registration, roster, and waiver records for as long as reasonably necessary for tournament operations, safety documentation, and legal recordkeeping purposes.
